a Place for reflection and renewal
Understanding your story…
Drawing strength from your life story to support healing, growth and wellbeing, turning self-awareness into self-understanding.
Sometimes life feels overwhelming or unclear. You might feel disconnected, unsure how to move forward, or not know where to begin. The space I offer is here to support you through these moments, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to know where to start. We work with where you are now, taking time together to explore the challenges you’re facing and shape the support around you.
How I work …
As both a Biographical Counsellor and Transpersonal Arts Counsellor, I often bring these holistic, and client-centred approaches together. This way of working creates a safe and enriching environment for navigating life’s uncertainties and complexities.
Each session is guided by what feels most helpful to you. Sometimes that may mean exploring your life story and the patterns that have shaped you. At other times, we might use creative and intuitive approaches to express what is hard to put into words. We move gently between reflection and creativity, responding to what matters most to you.
What this can offer …
My aim is to support meaningful change that fits within the context of your life. Over time, we can build understanding, nurture healing and create space for renewal as you reconnect with your story and move towards a greater sense of wellbeing for I believe everyone has the capacity to heal.

Starting the conversation …
There are times when we all need support, and yet reaching out isn’t always easy. You might be unsure what counselling involves, of what to expect or find it hard to express how you feel. You may wonder whether you’re ready, or whether you should manage on your own. Practical concerns, like time or cost, can also come up. These are all understandable thoughts to have.
The space I aim to create is a place where you can make sense of your experiences in your own time. As we come to understand them more fully, deeper emotions may emerge, which we work with gently, with careful attention and compassion.
The relationship we build is an important part of the process. Feeling heard and understood can help you feel more at ease, whether you come for short or longer-term work.
Some people find the first few sessions feel different from what they expected. There can be a sense of relief in having the opportunity to talk openly, and to begin putting words to what was previously unclear or difficult to understand.
If this sounds familiar, you might consider what a small next step could be for you. I offer an initial 20-minute conversation at no cost or commitment. It’s a chance to talk about what you’re looking for and to ask any questions about the counselling process, including the practical details. It also allows us both to see whether I’m the right person to support you, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
When you feel ready and would like to find out whether this could be helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch so we can arrange a time to talk.
